This is a spam email I saw at work through our main company email by Kent Ng of KF Employment Consultancy and deleted it before my boss saw it. While people should rightfully dismiss this as junk, how many employers have actually gone forward and give in to this deal??
If KF Employment Consultancy thinks that the email is not a violation of Singaporean-first policies since in the highlighted bottom portion of email in hard-to-notice tiny fonts, they remind employers to consider Singaporeans on merit for job positions (sounds more like a wayang here), why doesn’t the main email promote unemployed SGs who are ready to be hired here in the MAIN content of the email first, then put FT workers as last alternative should no Sinkie want to come forward for the job in the bottom portion?
Surprised that even unskilled FTs(aka. FTs with poor English, fake degrees, fake driving licences, low-lustre education) can be hired too!!
Who are these employment consultancies really supporting?? I have a SG neighbour in my HDB who is a widow with 4 kids struggling to support her family going door-to-door selling accessories while she carries her youngest child around. My company told me I was too expensive for hire at $3k and forced me to take a large pay cut, and hopefully anticipate a retrenchment soon.
Any of these employment companies want to consider helping her and me and other Sinkies, and maybe putting our names in LARGE fonts that we desperately need a stable job??
