Dear The Real Singapore,
I saw a PRC lady hanging her clothes at the top floor of the multi-storey carpark near my house.
The clothing appears to have been neatly clipped to the metal railing on the top floor of the carpark.
"OMG what is this? "Again and again, speechless."
This is not the first time this PRC lady have been making us of the public places to hang her clothes. Just because Singapore is safe doesn't mean you can make use of our country to do this kind of thing. If everybody hang their clothes outside how ugly will our neighbourhood estate look?
Last time this PRC lady also hang her clothes at our local playground area. I suspect there is more than 1 family staying in her HDB block as she always have huge amounts of clothes to hang out.
