Yesterday, I was greeted with a huge mess when I went down to the ground floor of my block in Sengkang.
There was pink paper everywhere and so I went back up to my flat to take a picture.
There are perpetual litterbugs in this block at 157D Rivervale Crescent.
A large stack of pink A4 paper was strewn all over the place and a lot of it was even stuck in trees and on the sheltered walkway.
I've made a police report and informed NEA many times in the past seven years but nothing seems to be done about it.
The rubbish on the ground was cleared yesterday but those on the sheltered walkway and trees are still there.
This is not the first time this type of thing has happened and my kids have to even use the covered walkway just to be safe from these litterbugs.
