A man was seen standing on top of Fernando Botero's giant fat Bird sculpture by the Singapore River this morning.
The eyewitness who took this photo identified him as a Chinese PRC national.
He was seen peeing into the Singapore river shortly after and taking photos with his relatives while speaking loudly.
What are we trading for with our environment and quality of living damaged by these uncultured PRC nationals?
