Dear The Real Singapore,
This new resident that just moved into my estate at Block 83 Commonwealth Close was spotted dumping porridge from a pot out of her kitchen window not only once, but on many other occasions as well.
Apart from porridge, she has also thrown noodles and curry out of her window, just to name a few.
My clothes have been badly stained on numerous occasions as a result.
This inconsiderate act is totally unforgivable and selfish.
My wife and I have been tolerating this nuisance for many months, since June last year.
This resident was finally caught red handed on Mar 22 (Sat) at 4pm.
I have reported this to NEA several times, but no action was taken as there was no solid evidence then.
When i confronted them they seems to speak very bad english and looks like Indian National with a strong accent.
I really hope something can be done soon.
