Rude Indian "FT" manager working at Changi Airport scolding Singaporeans

Dear The Real Singapore,

I would like to share this video with you.

Firstly, the flight was delayed from 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs. So we either have to go home or wait at the airport the entire day. Everything was very messy and the organization done by Changi Airport was terrible.

Passengers were asking for information and was given wrong information as to where to queue up for rearrangement for connecting flights and stuff. From what I see, most passengers were quite polite initially, and mostly were just asking nicely for directions on where to go next.

We called up the Terminal Manager and then he started shouting and yelling at us telling us not to make a mess in the airport. What kind of customer service is this? Worse of all he is a Indian "Foreign Talent". We have already waited for hours at the airport, he should be in no position to be so rude to us customers and furthermore, we are not even rude to him in the first place.

As you can see from the video, one of the Singaporean guy got very pissed off and starting yelling at the rude manager. The rude manager even said: "Do i have to escort you to the counter or can't you see the line of queue in front yourself". Passengers should never be treated this way from a "Award Winning Airport". Or are they only rude to us because we are local Singaporeans and we are good to bully?

How can such a rude service Indian National be employed by Changi Airport. Furthermore, he is a MANAGER!
